What's new for 2020 F-150?
Added for the 2020 model year of the F-150 are some new colors. Those are Iconic Silver (JS), Rapid Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat (D4), and Star White Metallic Tri-Coat (AZ).
Ford CoPilot360™ which is driver assist safety features (so kind of like having a co-pilot) is now standard on Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum and Limited models. An enhanced version of the system called CoPilot360™ Assist is available as a package (701A) on the Platinum trim and standard on the top of the line Limited trim.

When looking at trucks for sale, it's important to consider which trim level is a good fit for you. Which features are most important to you in your everyday use of a Ford F-150.
Here are the major differences between trim levels on the F-150. It is possible on some trims to upgrade features by adding a package or engine & transmission upgrade.
XL
Available cab bed combinations are;
Regular Cab with a choice of a 6-1/2 ft. bed or 8 ft. bed.
SuperCab (half size rear door) with a choice of 5-1/2 ft bed, 6-1/2 ft. bed or 8 ft. bed.
SuperCrew comes with either the 5-1/2 ft. bed or the 6-1/2 ft. bed.
Features
A base truck, F-150 XL trucks make a great entry-level truck or a work truck. A 3.3L V-6 engine and 6-speed automatic transmission are standard.
17" steel wheels are standard, and make a good size for future tire replacements that aren't too expensive. Bumpers are facias are all black.
A lockable tailgate (key lock) is also standard on the F-150 XL.
Vinyl flooring makes for easy cleaning and durability when it comes to dirt, muck, mud, and snow. Seating is cloth, although an available option with no price difference is vinyl.
FordPass Connect with WiFi hotspot is standard but may require additional subscriptions.
Exterior lighting on the F-150 XL comprises of Daytime Running Lamps, Halogen Headlamps and Cargo Lamp (for the bed of the truck).
XLT
F-150 XLT models have 17" painted aluminum wheels, bumpers are chrome and the front fascia is body-colored to match. The tailgate has a power lock.
Halogen fog lamps are added as standard and the grille is a chrome two-bar style with chrome nostrils and black surround.
Rear windows get a privacy glass tint.
One of the biggest noticeable differences between the XL and XLT is the infotainment screen. SYNC 3 is added to XLT models bringing a color touch screen that has Apple Car and Android Auto compatibility.
Color-matching carpet is included, along with power door locks.
Lariat
Upgrading to the 2020 F-150 Lariat means everything that's on the XLT is already included unless it's replaced with an enhanced feature.
Features on the Lariat include; 2.7L EcoBoost engine with 10-speed automatic transmission. 18" machined aluminum wheels with flash gray pockets bring a more luxurious look the F-150 Lariat.
Seats are leather, 10-way power driver and passenger, heated and ventilated in the front. Climate control is dual-zone electronic with automatic temperature control.
Exterior side mirrors are body-color to match, are auto-dimming, heated and power-folding.
For convenience, F-150 Lariat jumps up to having the Intelligent Access with Push-Button Start and power-adjustable pedals.
King Ranch
A 5.0L V8 with 10-speed automatic transmission comes as the standard powerplant for the King Ranch.
King Ranch trims are centered around a Western theme, with the King Ranch branded leather seating and details throughout the interior design. Rear seats have heated functionality as well as the steering wheel.
Voice-activated navigation with SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link is standard. B&O premium sound system is also a standard feature on the King Ranch F-150.
Engine Start/Stop technology is added as well as the Rear View Camer with Dynamic Hitch Assist and Trailer Brake Controller.
Running boards are angular step bars.
Platinum
Bringing up the luxury a notch, F-150 Platinum brings 20" polished aluminum wheels, body-colored bumpers, and front fascia. Handles, door, and tailgate get chrome. Fog lamps are LEDs, and LED Side-Mirror Spotlights are also included. The rear window is power-sliding with privacy glass
Carpet is black, and interior details include unique genuine wood interior trim accents.
Front seats are bucket seats with center flow-through console and unique multi-contour leather.
Power deployable running boards come with the SuperCrew configuration.
Limited
Ford F-150 Limited models are the top of the range and provide every comfort and convenience possible in a pickup truck for 2020.
The standard engine is High-Output 3.5L EcoBoost paired with the 10-speed automatic transmission. Wheels are 22" polished aluminum for a sleek look.
Grille design is satin finish main bars with chrome minor bars, a satin finish surround, and silver inserts.
A Twin Panel Moonroof comes standard on the SuperCrew as well as a Fully Flat Load Floor.
Windshield wiper de-icer, sliding rear window, rear privacy glass are also included on the Limited.
Front seats are power-adjustable leather bucket seats that are heated and ventilated. Rear seats also have heated functionality.
F-150 Raptor
An off-road baja-bred beast of a truck, the Ford Raptor is highly sought after!
Featuring the High-Output 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine, the truck puts out 450hp and 510 ft-lbs of torque.
